The Journal News ran a nice article on the new 612,730 square foot distribution center being developed in the MADE Industrial Park. The $16 million facility will host between 150 to 350 jobs with an estimated payroll ranging from $3.5 million to $11 million.
These are types of projects that bring in the revenue needed to get back to paving roads on an annual basis. A great win for the City. Thank you to my Economic Development team for a job well done and thanks to my predecessors for having the foresight to make roadwork changes on Oxford State, Yankee and Salzman that make it much easier to get raw materials in and finished goods out of the area.
