This Week in Middletown (August 22 – August 28)

The summer fun continues in Middletown.  If you are looking for something to do to get out of the house and be active in your community next week, take a look at these options!

Next Friday, August 26th has multiple events.

Movies in the Park will be shown at Damon Park this week.  The movie will be The Lego Moving with Salvation Army Mercy Point providing refreshments.

The Takin’ it to the Streets concert series will feature Face Value at 8 p.m. downtown. The concerts are located on Broad Street between Central Avenue  and Reynolds Street.

Craft Beer Walk | 1:00pm – 6:00pm

You’ll enjoy beer tastings and small bites at all of your favorite local downtown businesses – all in effort to raise awareness and funds for the revitalization push happening now in Downtown Middletown.

Coconut French toast, Pancakes, Blintzes, Home fries, Polish sausage and peppers,  Thick-cut smoked bacon, Scrambled eggs, Fried apples, Biscuits and sausage gravy, Fresh fruit, Yogurt and cottage cheese, Assorted muffins,  Assorted pastries, and Bagels with cream cheese.The Cost is:
· adults–$13.95 per person.
· children ages 4 to 12–$7.95 per child.
· children age 3 and under eat free.The following drinks are included with brunch; (coffee, orange juice, iced sweet tea, and water). Skate Jam | 12:00pm – 5:00pm, Smith Park, 500 Tytus Ave, Middletown OH

Join in on more Middletown fun with the Skate Jam, hosted by Lester’s Rock and Roll!

This is free and open to the public – the Skate Jam will be live skating demonstrations and live music, all at the Baker Bowl in Smith Park.
